Bogers Security Consulting (hereinafter, “the Company”) is responsible for processing personal data of users and clients in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

To manage and perform the security consultancy and advisory services we provide (design, implementation, and maintenance of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control).

Categories of Personal Data

Retention Period

We will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above or as required by law:

Contractual/project data: stored during the project and up to five (5) years after completion for after-sales service and legal purposes.
Accounting and tax data: retained for six (6) years under Spanish commercial law.
CCTV/security footage: retained for a maximum of 30 days, unless required for legal proceedings.
Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or the relationship ends.

After expiry of the applicable retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Data Recipients

Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except:

Service providers who act as data processors (e.g., IT hosting, installation partners, maintenance contractors), under binding confidentiality and data-processing agreements compliant with Article 28 GDPR.
Public authorities or law enforcement when legally required.
Partners or subcontractors involved in delivering our contracted services, always under strict confidentiality obligations.

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will ensure that appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are implemented.
