Bogers Security Consulting (hereinafter, “the Company”) is responsible for processing personal data of users and clients in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To manage and perform the security consultancy and advisory services we provide (design, implementation, and maintenance of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control).
  • To maintain business, professional, and commercial relationships.
  • To respond to your inquiries, requests, or quotes received through our contact channels.
  • To send information or promotional materials about our own products and services or those of our partners (only if you have provided consent).
  • To manage invoicing, accounting, and compliance with legal and tax obligations.
  • To conduct customer satisfaction surveys, internal analysis, and service improvement studies.
  • To ensure the physical and digital security of facilities, systems, and data.


Legal Basis

We process personal data on the following legal grounds:

  • Contractual necessity (Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR): when data processing is required to deliver the services you request or to execute a contract.
  • Legitimate interest (Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR): to maintain a professional relationship, improve our services, and protect our business operations.
  • Consent (Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR): for sending commercial communications, newsletters, and optional marketing content.
  • Legal obligation (Article 6 (1)(c) GDPR): to comply with Spanish tax, labour, or security regulations.


You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Categories of Personal Data

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification and contact details (name, surname, company, position, telephone, email, postal address).
  • Professional and contractual data (project information, system configuration details, correspondence).
  • Financial or billing data (banking details, invoices, payments).
  • Technical and system data (IP address, login information, system logs).
  • Security data (CCTV or access-control footage if applicable).
  • Communication preferences and marketing data (subscriptions, newsletter interests, event participation).


Retention Period

We will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above or as required by law:

  • Contractual/project data: stored during the project and up to five (5) years after completion for after-sales service and legal purposes.
  • Accounting and tax data: retained for six (6) years under Spanish commercial law.
  • CCTV/security footage: retained for a maximum of 30 days, unless required for legal proceedings.
  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or the relationship ends.


After expiry of the applicable retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Data Recipients

Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except:

  • Service providers who act as data processors (e.g., IT hosting, installation partners, maintenance contractors), under binding confidentiality and data-processing agreements compliant with Article 28 GDPR.
  • Public authorities or law enforcement when legally required.
  • Partners or subcontractors involved in delivering our contracted services, always under strict confidentiality obligations.


If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will ensure that appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are implemented.

Security Measures

Bogers Security Consulting implements technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security, integrity, and confidentiality of personal data, including:

  • Encryption and pseudonymisation of data;
  • Access-control policies and staff confidentiality agreements;
  • Regular backups and secure storage;
  • Monitoring and audit logs;

Data Breach Procedure

In the event of a personal data breach that may pose a risk to your rights or freedoms, Bogers Security Consulting will notify the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) within 72 hours and, if necessary, affected individuals in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.
